Non-fiction emphasis in literacy

Most DK books can be used to support non-fiction emphasis in literacy, but DK Readers and ELT Readers in particular are especially useful as additional class reading material and for individual readers’ choice at key stages 1 and 2. The topics covered often appeal to boys and reluctant readers, as well as to the more enthusiastic readers in a class.
